Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes
2 Eggs
2 Chopped Peppers (optional)
2 Tablespoons Butter


Steps:

1. Chop the tomatoes and peppers.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Add 1 Tablespoon of butter into your cast iron pan and put it over your fire. Melt it and spread it around.

4. Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Cook them until they are nicely cooked.

5. Add the eggs. Cook and stir until egg is completely set.

6. Your tomato and egg scramble can be served!
