* Products may be returned to Coleman Malaysia for a refund or exchange, subject to the following:

1) Products must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of Products being delivered; 

2) Products must be returned in unused, good and clean condition, with packaging and tags in place; 

3) Products must be returned in a complete set;

4) Products must not be deemed to be intentionally damaged or not properly maintained, used outside of their intended means.  In any event, the Marketplace Partners reserves the right to accept or refuse the return based on their assessment, taking into consideration factors such as the condition of the products and length/frequency of use.
